The petitioner has preferred this misc. petition making the following prayer :-
"(I). It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Misc. Petition may kindly be allowed and the respondents may kindly be directed to provide the police protection to the petitioner as her life has been endangered by the threats of the accused-persons.
(II). Any other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem it just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on an overall consideration of the facts and circumstances of the (Downloaded on 08/11/2021 at 08:12:36 PM) (2 of 2) [CRLMP-5841/2021] case, this Court deems it proper to direct the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer, Pipar City, Jodhpur Rural, who shall hear the grievance of the petitioner, and if necessitated, provide adequate security and protection to the petitioner.
Consequently, this misc. petition is disposed of.
