HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 28/05/2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been issued with stopping of two grade increments with future effect vide order dated 23.03.2018. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was exonerated of charge no.1. However, disciplinary authority has disagreed with the findings of the Inquiry Officer but did not serve a notice to dissent. Learned counsel relies on the judgment of Punjab National Bank & Ors. Versus Kunj Behari Misra reported in AIR 1998 SC 2713.
Issue notice, returnable within four weeks. Additionally, notices may be served through e-mail also.
Heard on the stay application.
No case for the stay is made. Stay application is accordingly dismissed.
