Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report of the IO on record as per which, the charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 & 471 IPC.
In view of the above development, leaving the petitioner at liberty to raise all his objections before the trial court at the stage of framing of charges and requiring the trial court to deal with the objections of the petitioner by passing a reasoned order, the instant misc. petition is disposed of.
