1. Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
2. F.I.R. No.156/2020 was registered at Police Station, Badi, District Dholpur for offence under Sections 420, 406 & 409 I.P.C.
3. It is contended by the counsel for the petitioner that none of the labourers has made any complaint that they have not received the salary.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. It is contended that petitioner was the Computer Operator and a sum of Rs.34,00,000/- was transferred in his account.
5. I have considered the contentions.
6. Considering the contention put forth by counsel for the State, I am not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail (Downloaded on 11/03/2021 at 08:51:20 PM) (2 of 2) [CRLMB-2880/2021] application.
7. The Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed.
