1. Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
2. F.I.R. No.232/2020 was registered at Police Station Kolari, Dholpur for offence under Sections 363 I.P.C.
3. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. It is contended that petitioner has murdered a two year old child. A knife and a bed-sheet have been recovered at the instance of petitioner and from the postmortem report also, it is revealed that the deceased has burnt abrasion wound. It is also contended that the deceased, a two year old child was murdered by the petitioner and her body was thrown fifty to sixty meter away from the house (Downloaded on 11/03/2021 at 08:50:21 PM) (2 of 2) [CRLMB-1163/2021] of the deceased.
5. I have considered the contentions.
6. Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the State, I am not inclined to entertain the bail application.
7. This bail application is, accordingly, dismissed.
