1. Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
2. F.I.R. No 371/2020 was registered at Police Station, Kotwali Tonk, District Tonk for offence under Section 420 I.P.C.
3. It is contended by the counsel for the petitioner that a false case has been registered against the petitioner. Parties are related to each other. The allegation that cash amount of Rs. 20 lacs were given cannot be said to be true because such an amount cannot be given in cash in view of the guidelines issued by the Government. It is also contended that per bigha rate is Rs.50,000 and no one would give Rs. 31 lac for six bigha when the Government rate of six bigha is only around Rs. 3 lacs.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. (Downloaded on 11/03/2021 at 08:51:44 PM)
