This writ petition has been filed seeking removal of
encroachment from the land of Khasra No.1235, Village
Palanheda, Tehsil Mahawa, District Dausa entered in the revenue record as 'Gairmumkin Rasta'.
Learned counsels appearing for the respective parties submit that the controversy involved herein is squarely covered by a Division Bench Judgment of this Court dated 30.01.2019 in the case of Jagdish Prasad Meena & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: DB Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.10819/2018.
In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of in the light of the judgment passed by Division of this Court this Court in case of Jagdish Prasad Meena (supra). The petitioner shall submit his complaint/representation with the concerned authority i.e. Public Land Protection Cell (for short "the PLPC"), Dausa within a period of seven days from today which shall be decided by the PLPC within a period of three months from the date of receipt of complaint/representation vide speaking order.
