JUSTICE MANOJ KUMAR VYAS Order 08/07/2021 It has been submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant that the learned trial Court had allowed the suit of permanent injunction and passed the decree dated 09.08.2011 accordingly but the Appellate Court vide judgment dated 17.05.2018 had set aside the judgment and decree of the trial Court. There are substantial questions of law in this case.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant. Issue notice to respondent, as to why this appeal should not be admitted on substantial questions of law as prayed by the appellant in para No.5 of the appeal. Notice be made returnable within six weeks.

Necessary requisites be filed within one week. List after six weeks.

In the meanwhile, parties are directed to maintain status- quo regarding the disputed property.
