JUSTICE SABINA Judgment / Order 01/07/2021 Petitioner has filed the petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking interim bail in F.I.R. No.124/2016 registered at Police Station Pisangan, District Ajmer for offence under Sections 498-A, 406, 304-B Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner be granted interim bail to enable him to attend the marriage of his sister and brother fixed for 07.07.2021 and 09.07.2021 respectively.
Learned state counsel has got the factum of the marriage of the siblings of the petitioner duly verified.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed.
