Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is only of an attempt.
Taking into consideration the statement of the victim, who is 10 years old boy and role of the petitioner, who is a Teacher in the school, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
The bail application is dismissed at this stage, with liberty to file afresh after recording of statements in the court.
