HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI Judgment / Order 26/07/2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record.
The petitioner has been arrested in FIR No.75/2015 of Police Station Rajiasar, District Sriganganagar for the offences punishable under Sections 302 IPC. He has preferred this interim bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C on account of death of his mother.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report, wherein it is mentioned that mother of the petitioner was expired on 22.06.2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is required to visit Haridwar for some rituals on account of death of his mother, therefore, he may be enlarged on interim bail for a period of fifteen days.

(2 of 2) [CRLMB-9059/2021] Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the material available on record, I deem it just and proper to grant interim bail of fifteen days to the accused petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
Accordingly, this interim bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is directed that petitioner Laxman Ram @ Lichhi Ram @ Lichha Ram S/o Sh. Labhu Ram shall be released on interim bail for a period of fifteen days from 27.07.2021 in connection with FIR No.75/2015 of Police Station Rajiasar, District Sriganganagar provided he executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.50,000/ with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of Superintendent, Central Jail, Sriganganagar.
In any case, the petitioner- Laxman Ram @ Lichhi Ram @ Lichha Ram S/o Sh. Labhu Ram shall surrender himself before the Jail Authorities on 10.08.2021 at 10:00 AM positively.
