1. Appellant has preferred this appeal aggrieved by order dated 05.10.2020 passed by Special Judge SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Cases) Alwar, whereby, bail application filed by the appellant under Section 438 Cr.P.C. was rejected.

2. F.I.R. No.56/2020 was registered at Police Station Pratapgarh District Alwar for offence under Sections 376 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (XII) of SC/ST Act.

3. Counsel for the appellant seeks liberty to surrender before the Special Court. The Special court be directed to decide the bail application on the same day, as parties have entered into a compromise.

4. The appeal is accordingly, disposed with the above direction.
