       In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, lawyers have been

advised to refrain from coming to the Courts.

       Learned    counsel       for   the    petitioner          make    a    detailed

submissions regarding the matter having civil consequences, as it

was pertaining to the recovery of the amount.

       Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that

instead of filing a civil suit, the complainant has taken resort to

criminal proceeding.

       Learned counsel for the petitioner has cited the following
