HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 04/01/2021 The petitioner present in person submits that a fraud has been played by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) while filing an SLP before the Supreme Court and resultantly the judgment was passed by the Supreme Court in the case of RPSC Versus Kaila Kumar Paliwal & Anr.: Appeal (Civil) No.2317/2007 on 02.05.2007 mentioning that no person was appointed as Headmaster from the post of Teacher Grade-III. Another submission of the petitioner is that the RPSC did not form any committee and there was no body of experts of RPSC which gave any opinion that Lab Assistant could be held eligible for the post of Headmaster. The petitioner submits that he has obtained such information now under the RTI to the aforesaid aspect and (Downloaded on 05/01/2021 at 09:09:45 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-10753/2020] therefore, submits that he wants to challenge the order of Supreme Court by filing a review petition alongwith aforesaid documents. Accordingly, the petitioner prays to withdraw the petition before this court.

Granting liberty aforesaid to take up all the appropriate remedies which are available under the law, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
