HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 02/12/2021 Application for early listing is allowed. The Chief Executive Officer in reply placed order dated 10.01.2019 purportedly to decide representation of the petitioner whereas this Court nowhere directed for deciding of representation but had directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment in the physical handicapped category.
This Court finds that time and again Officers of the State Government deliberately and willfully do not comply with the Court's order and give their own reasons over and above the judgment of this Court showing their inability to comply with the Court's order. It is noticed that the order of the Court has already attained finality and no appeal has been preferred against the order of the Court.
In these circumstances, it is apparent that the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Karauli who purportedly decided the representation as he is deciding the case independently, has committed deliberate and willful contempt of this Court's order. (Downloaded on 03/12/2021 at 09:45:21 PM)
(2 of 2) [CCP-99/2019] The Chief Executive Officer shall remain present in the Court on the next date to explain as to why he should not be punished for committing contempt of the Court.
