Instant civil writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
"(a) by issue appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof the respondents may kindly be directed to remove the encroachment made by the respondent No.5 in Govt. Gair Mumkin Pasture and Sivaychak Land bearing Khasra No. 1788 rakba 0.1518 situated at Village Mehandwas, Tehsil & District Tonk at the backdrop of leading judgment of Division Bench of Hon'ble High Court of Principal Seat, Jodhpur in the case of Jagdish Prasad & ors. (supra).
(c) Any other order which this Hon'ble Court deemed fit in the interest of justice in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner may kindly be pleased." (Downloaded on 26/08/2021 at 09:31:19 PM)
(2 of 2) [CW-9065/2021] A Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Jagdish Prashad Meena & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., D.B. Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.10819/2018 vide order dated 30.01.2019 has directed creation of Public Land Protection Cell (PLPC) for rural areas in every district.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to submit a representation before the PLPC and respondents be directed to dispose of the same within a period of two months.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of, in view of the directions issued by the Division Bench in the matter Jagdish Prashad Meena (supra) and the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before PLPC and the respondents are directed to decide the same within a period of two months after issuing notice to the alleged encroachers.
