HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 18/08/2021 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was allotted the land by the respondents and the same was also duly registered. Counsel further submits that now the respondents vide order dated 22.02.2021 have cancelled the allotment of land which was registered in the name of petitioner.
Counsel relied upon the judgment passed by this court in the matter of Anukampa Avas Vikas Pvt. Ltd. (M/s.) & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr., reported in (2009) 1 WLC 332.
In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents returnable by eight weeks.
In the meantime, operation of the order dated 22.02.2021 (Annexure-2) shall remain stayed.
