Anita Tripathi to submit that the application moved by the petitioner under Section 65 ought not have been dismissed.

Issue notice of the writ petition as well as stay application, returnable within six weeks.

In the meanwhile, further proceedings shall remain stayed. List this case again on 01.10.2021.
