JUSTICE SANDEEP MEHTA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR VYAS Order 17/08/2021 D.B. Criminal Appeal No. 400/2019 Learned Additional Advocate General has moved an application for placing on record a copy of the Judgment dated 05.03.2020 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Alwar after holding enquiry against the child in conflict with law.

As per Section 24(2) of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015, the Board which passes the (Downloaded on 17/08/2021 at 10:21:20 PM) (2 of 2) [CRLAD-400/2019] order in case of a child in conflict with law is required to direct its own Registry that relevant records of such conviction shall be destroyed after expiry of period of appeal. In this view of the matter, the judgment passed by the Juvenile Justice Board cannot be considered relevant in these proceedings. Thus, the application (IA No. 01 dated 10.09.2020) is dismissed.

Mr. R.P. Singh, learned Additional Advocate General prays for and is granted time for filing the amended cause title.
