Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of typographical error, the name of Mr. Abhishek Kharb has been added as an employee of the company and it has been mentioned that he was arrested. The name of Mr. Abhishek Kharb may be therefore deleted.
Learned Public Prosecutor does not object for correction. Accordingly, the order dated 31.03.2021 is corrected to the extent of penultimate para of page 5 of the judgment and name of (Downloaded on 18/08/2021 at 10:01:36 PM) (2 of 2) [CRLMA-135/2021] Mr. Abhishek Kharb mentioned therein is directed to be deleted, accordingly the sentence shall be read as "Petitioner-Mr. Pradeep Mishra, who was employee of the Company and was working and present in the factory premises of the Company, was arrested." The present line shall be read at page 5 of the judgment for the said purpose.
Application is accordingly allowed. This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 31.03.2021.
