JUSTICE RAMESHWAR VYAS Order 16/08/2021 Having heard and considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the applicant and learned Public Prosecutor and after going through the impugned judgment and the record, we find that the second application for Suspension of Sentences preferred on behalf of the appellant was dismissed by this court after detailed consideration on merits. Hence, we are not inclined to suspend the sentences awarded to the appellant by the trial Court. Accordingly, the application for Suspension of Sentences is rejected as being devoid of merit. The appeal shall be listed in the (Downloaded on 17/08/2021 at 10:16:47 PM) (2 of 2) [SOSA-928/2020] appropriate order of priority keeping in view the custodial period suffered by the accused-appellant.
