Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition has been considered and decided by the coordinate Bench of this court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5883/2020 in the matter of Krishan Gopal Sharma versus Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation and Ors. where in on 16.02.2021, the following order was passed:-

(2 of 2) [CW-7823/2021] Ms. Devyani Rathore, Advocate, appears for the respondent-RSRTC and accepts notice on behalf of them.
No need to file reply as the controversy has already been considered and decided by this court.
Both the counsel agree that the matter stands covered by the earlier judgment passed by this court in the case of Bhori Lal Meena Vs. Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation in SBCWP No.11474/2019 decided on 26.07.2019.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid following terms:-
"This Court disposes of the present writ petition with an observation that RSRTC will take up the case of the petitioner for considering to grant him post retiral benefits as per date of retirement and as per scheme framed by this Court.
This Court deems it proper to direct the Corporation that due payment to the petitioner, will immediately be made as and when his turn comes for considering grant of such benefits. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of."
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in view of the judgment passed in the matter of Krishan Gopal Sharma (supra).
