1. This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 30.04.2021, whereby the application for Suspension of Sentence against the judgment dated 02.01.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Chirawa, District Jhunjhunu has been dismissed.
2. Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material made available on record.
3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order. However, the petition is disposed with the direction to the Appellate Court to take the matter out of turn and the appeal be disposed of on merits within a period of two months positively.
