1. The matter comes up on an application filed by the applicant for extention of period of interim bail granted vide order dated. 09.07.2021.
2. F.I.R. No.189/2020 was registered at Police Station Batoda, District Sawai Madhopur for offence under Sections 302, 201 & 379 of IPC.
3. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that yesterday petitioner again hospitalized for treatment for some liver ailment.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application for extention of interim bail.

6. This Court has initially given four weeks' time for availing of medical treatment, at that time the arguments commenced was that the petitioner was suffering from lungs infections and no documents has been submitted with regard to his recent hospitalization. Hence, no ground is made out for extending the period of interim bail.
7. This application for extention of interim bail is accordingly dismissed.
