2. F.I.R. No.198/2019 was registered at Police Station Clock Tower, District Ajmer for offence under Sections 363, 342, 376 (2) (I), (N) & 376 (3) of IPC and Sections 5(L)/6 of POCSO Act.
3. Status report was called by the Court below. As per the status report, the case was listed for final arguments.
4. No ground is made out entertaining the fourth bail application as the earlier bail application was rejected considering the statement of the prosecutrix recorded before the Court.
5. Accordingly, this Fourth Bail application is dismissed.
