1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners would be satisfied, if the respondents are directed to consider and decide their representation keeping into consideration the judgment rendered by Hon'ble Apex Court in Rajasthan Welfare Society Vs. State of Rajasthan, reported in [(2005) 5 SCC 275].

2. In light of such submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation within 15 days, along with a certified copy of the order instant and a photocopy of the above referred judgment in the case of Rajasthan Welfare Society (supra).

3. In case the representation is filed, the respondents shall decide the same within a period of 60 days from today strictly in accordance with law while taking into consideration precedent law of Rajasthan Welfare Society (supra).

4. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioners' grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner.

5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
