JUSTICE MANOJ KUMAR GARG Judgment / Order 28/04/2021 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.03.2021, passed by the learned Sessions Court, Banswara whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 03.02.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Banswara was partly allowed and the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2.25 lacs within a period of fifteen days.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit 50% of the amount as ordered by the appellate court, therefore the effect and operation of the appellate order dated 22.03.2021 may be stayed.
