There are serious allegations against the petitioners of defalcating food grains worth Rupees Forty Lakhs. Thus, custodial investigation is necessary to be carried out from them.
In this background, I am not inclined to grant indulgence of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Hence, the instant application for pre-arrest bail filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is rejected as being devoid of merit.
