1. This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred claiming the following reliefs:
"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this writ petition may kindly be allowed with costs and the respondent council may kindly be directed to enroll the petitioner as Radiographer on the roll of council."

2. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that though issue in hand is covered in petitioners' favour by a judgment rendered by a Single Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in the matter of Lalit Kishor Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8908/2020 decided on 23.10.2020), the Division Bench at Jaipur Bench in the matter of Rajasthan Para Medical Council Vs. Arshad & Ors. (D.B. Civil Special Appeal(Writ) No.866/2020) on 18.01.2021 has stayed the operation of the impugned order therein, particularly with regard to issue No.'E.'
3. The bone of contention in the present case is issue No.'E'.
4. Learned counsel for both the parties fairly submit that the present litigation has to be bound by the judgment to be delivered by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the aforesaid case, and thus, the present petition may be disposed of, while keeping the present lis subject to the outcome of the final adjudication to be made by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
5. On such submissions, the present petition is disposed of with a declaration that parties herein shall abide by the final adjudication of the issue to be made by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the aforementioned case i.e. D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.866/2020 in case the same attains finality.
6. The stay application also stands disposed of.
