1. Mr. M.S. Godara, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Smt. Neeraj Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : SB Civil Writ Petition No.4384/2020, decided on 07.12.2020.
2. Mr. Deepak Chandak, associate to Mr. Pankaj Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file reply.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has been blessed with a baby on 23.02.2021, her immediate need of maternity leave cannot be doubted.
4. By way of interim injunction, the respondents are directed to accept petitioner's leave application as early as possible, preferably by 16.04.2021.
5. In case, no positive order is passed by 16.04.2021, even without an order of the competent authority, the petitioner can proceed to be on leave from 17.04.2021, for a period of 30 days.
6. The consideration of the leave pursuant to para No.5 of the instant order shall be reckoned at the time of final adjudication.
