(2 of 2) [HC-64/2021] Ms. 'K' who has been impleaded as party respondent No. 6 in the matter has appeared before this Court on her own along with her uncle We have conferred with the corpus in camera.

The corpus has denied the factum of marriage with the petitioner herein. She stated in unequivocal terms that she is staying with her parents on her own volition and she is not in illegal detention as alleged. She has categorically refused to go with the petitioner herein. The date of birth of the corpus being 08.12.2002, she is major.

Being sui juris, she is at liberty to go wherever she wants to go.

Accordingly, the corpus is set at liberty to go wherever she wants to go.

The petition seeking writ of habeas corpus stand disposed of.
