The petitioner is alleged to have procured public employment by a fabricated TADA certificate. In this background and having regard to the nature and gravity of allegations attributed to the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend indulgence of pre-arrest bail to her. which is rejected as such. However, the petitioner is given liberty to surrender before the trial court within next fifteen days and move a regular bail application, which shall be considered and decided as per law.
With the above observations, the instant application for pre- arrest bail is dismissed.
