JUSTICE SANDEEP MEHTA Judgment 07/04/2021 The instant bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in relation to FIR No.209/2019, Police Station Hiran Magri, District Udaipur for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 447 & 120-B of the IPC.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor, learned counsel for the complainant and perused the order rejecting bail and the FIR.
The petitioner is a 76 years old man. He is in judicial custody for the above offences which are triable by court of magistrate. As per the order rejecting bail, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents.
In this background and having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the case as available on record, this Court is inclined to extend indulgence of bail to the accused petitioner. (Downloaded on 07/04/2021 at 08:54:49 PM)
(2 of 2) [CRLMB-4695/2021] Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the accused-petitioner Natwar Singh S/o Shri Govardhan Singh arrested in connection with the F.I.R. No.209/2019 registered at Police Station Hiran Magri, District Udaipur shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
