Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.(S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13305/2019).
Following the judgment in the case of Mamta Meena (Supra),the instant writ petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's candidature for appointment on the post of Lower Division Clerk pursuant to the advertisement dated 14.02.2013 on the basis of her computer qualification in (Downloaded on 07/04/2021 at 09:01:55 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-4896/2021] terms of order dated 11.07.2018, if the candidates in petitioners' category having lower marks, have been accorded appointment by the respondents and vacancies are still available with the respondents. Needful be done for within a period of two months.
Stay petition also stands disposed of.
