After discussing the whole evidence of both the parties, learned trial Court vide impugned judgment dated 07.01.2021 passed reasoned judgment and instead of passing decree of divorce, learned trial Court has passed order for legal separation of the parties as provided under Section 13A of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. No ground for interference is made out.
The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed. The stay application is also dismissed.
