Having regard to the nature and gravity of allegations attributed to the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend indulgence of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Thus, the instant application for pre-arrest bail is rejected as being devoid of merit. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial court within next fifteen days and files a regular application for bail, the same shall be considered and decided as per law.
