Considering the nature and gravity of allegations attributed to the petitioner in the statement of the prosecutrix Mst. 'F', I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail at this stage. The trial court shall record the statement of the prosecutrix on a priority basis whereafter, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail.
Accordingly, the instant application for bail is dismissed as being devoid of merit.
