* No one is present on behalf of petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents on instructions states that the commandant of 90th Battalion, CRPF, Bijbehera (ANGO), J&K had received a signal dated 21st December, 2011 conveying the approval of competent authority for reinstatement of Mukesh Kumar son of Sh.Ashok Singh, Village Vidhipur, Post Office Karouta, District Patna. Pursuant to the said intimation the commandant of the said Battalion had communicated to the petitioner Mukesh Kumar the approval of competent authority for his reinstatement in the service and he was directed to resume duty at Unit Headquarter 90th W.P(C) No.8640/2011 Page 1 of 2 Battalion, Bijbehera, District Anantnag (J&K) immediately vide communication dated 13th January, 2012. The learned counsel for the respondents has also produced the copy of letter dated 13th January, 2012 addressed to No.031415747 Ex-Ct/GD Mukesh Kumar, petitioner, which is taken on record.
Since no one is present on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed in default. The application for interim order is also disposed of.
