WRIT PETITION NO: 21754/2024 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioners had relied upon the judgment rendered by the co-ordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.319 of 2020 and batch, dated 11.03.2024. This Court finds that, there is a prima-facie case in favor of the petitioners.
Accordingly, there shall be an interim direction to the respondents not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners for a period of four (04) weeks.
For filing counter-affidavit, list the matter along with W.P.No.22043 of 2024.
