The Appeal suit is preferred by the appellant against the judgment and decree dated 10.06.2016, passed in O.S.No.206 of 2010 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Nellore.
2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant. None appeared for the respondents despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Withdrawal'.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that a letter has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the appeal. On perusal, it is stated that the matter has been settled outside the Court and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.
4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the appellant and without going into the correctness of the said submission, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
