"This application is filed to stay all further graceedings in connection with the case in 3.R.No.2576 of 2023 filed by the 1° respondent an the file af the isarned Special Court for Trial of cases under SC and ST (POA) Act-cum-X Additional District Court, Ralahmahendravaram, which was referred by the Hon'ble Court to the 2" respondent, basing on the complaint filed by the m respondent.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the fearned Magistrate has not followed the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court ivy Mrs. Priyanka Srivastava and another Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others, {2015} 6 sce 287}, while ordering the itvestigation under Section 156 {3} ENP. as ne Procedure under Section 184 Cr P.O. wag followed.
