appellants.
The learned counsel for the appellants is
permitted to take out personal notices to the
respondents and proof of service shall be filed
within a period of three (03) weeks from today.

This Second Appeal arises against the concurring judgments of both the Courts below in passing the preliminary decree with respect to the suit schedule property.
The learned counsel for the appellants further submits that, the appellants have got only grievance with respect to the share allotted to the 6th defendant for the deceased daughter's share.
In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the all other proceedings shall go on before the trial Court except passing of the final decree for a period of six (06) weeks.
