3. Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.4 would submit that the Counter-Affidavit would be required to be filed in this Writ Petition.
4. Let Counter-Affidavit be filed within three weeks. Two weeks thereafter for filing Rejoinder, if any.
5. List the matter on 23.02.2024.

In the meantime, the operation of the Impugned Orders dated 05.05.2023 and 09.05.2023 (Exs.P1 and P2) shall stand (Contd...) 2 W.P.No.351 of 2024 12-01-2024 (Contd...) suspended in view of the Para No.72 of the Judgment of the full Bench of this Court in N.Ravindra Murthy vs. Shri Veerabhadra Swamy Temple, Bonthupally, Medak District and others (2008 (3) ALD 372 (FB)).
