2. No representation for the appellant. In the last four occasions, there has been no representation for the appellant.
3. Today, the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Yet, there is no representation for the appellant.
4. In the result, S.A.No.1325 of 2003 is 'dismissed for non-prosecution'. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
