Sl. DATE ORDER OFFICE
No. NOTE

08. 04.01.2024 AVRB, J:

                           Heard the arguments of Mr.V.Sai
Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, and
Mr.Vinoth Kumar Tarlada, learned counsel for
                   the contesting respondent No.2/A.P.S.R.T.C.

The main fact of the argument of the learned counsel for the appellant is that the Tribunal considered the loss of earnings only for two years on the ground that the deceased had two years of service by the time of his death, and the Tribunal did not apply the proper multiplier.

He would submit that in Sarla Verma's case proper multiplier is there and it ought to be applied irrespective of the length of service.

Registry is direct to separate the original record by separating the material and immaterial papers.

List the matter on 25.01.2024. On that date, the Court will give the date for Judgment.
