When the matter is taken up, learned Government
Pleader, attached to the office of the learned Additional
Advocate General, submits that, in view of the withdrawal
of the Ban Memo issued on 20.10.2004, by way of
G.O.Ms.No.40 School Education (PS) Department, dated
30.06.2017
, the cause in the present Writ Appeal does not survive and the Writ Appeal has become infructuous. A copy of the said Governmental Order is also placed on record.
In view of the above reasons, Writ Appeal stands closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, pending if any, in this case, shall stand closed.
