The Counter Affidavit be filed within four (4) weeks. One (1) weeks thereafter for filing Re-joinder.

In the meantime, the Official Respondents are directed to consider the Representation of the Writ Petitioners dated 27.02.2021 and pass a speaking Order within four (4) weeks by taking into account the fact that similarly situated Lab Technicians Grade-II in other Districts have been regularized. The Official Respondents may particularly take into account the Order passed by the District Medical and Health Officer, Kurnool dated 23.09.2020 in Rc.No.1388/E4/2009 and also the Judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.16002 of 2010 confirming the Order of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.546 of 2007 dated 20.05.2009.

The Writ Petitioners are directed to submit a copy of this Order to the Official Respondents within one (1) week. Thereafter, the Official Respondents shall consider and comply with the directions given herein above.
