Heard.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners are the absolute owners of the subject property. The petitioners have filed O.S.No.51 of 2018 before the subordinate Judge at Chodavaram for declaration of title. The suit was decreed through the Judgment dated 30.11.1988. But, without acquiring the petitioner's property, the official `respondents have made the layout and allocated the plots to unofficial Respondent Nos.7 to 12. Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.
Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the record, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) is permitted to take out personal 2 notice to Respondent Nos.6 and 12 by RPAD and file proof of service into the Registry.
Post after four(4) weeks.
In the meanwhile, status-quo as on today shall be maintained.
