JUDGMENT:-

      Ms. K.Pallavi, learned counsel for the petitioner has

submitted a letter dated 13.10.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,

Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:-

            "It is submitted that, in the above Writ Petition the

     petitioner informed that the petitioners do not want to

     further pursue or proceed with the matter as the matter is

     settled, as such instructed us to withdraw the Writ

     Petition by addressing a letter, therefore you are humbly

     requested   to   post   the   above   Writ   Petition   under

     Withdrawal Caption tomorrow i.e. on 14-10-2022 before

     concerned court and do the needful.

      Sri B.S.S.Kumar, learned counsel, representing Ms.

K.Pallavi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

      Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
