It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for
Services-III Sri K. Bhima Rao that the applicant-
respondent herein died pending Writ Petition and the wife
of the deceased is drawing pension from the Government also.
Having regard to the nature of controversy and taking into account the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader for Services-III and learned counsel for the respondent, the Writ Petition stands closed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
